GeoSampler
This specialized device is engineered for geotechnical engineers to efficiently collect samples while drilling into walls and soffits. While it also reduces mess by containing dust and debris, its primary function is to enhance the accuracy and purity of the collected samples. Designed for optimal compatibility with standard drilling equipment, it ensures that every sample is uncontaminated and representative of the site conditions, crucial for precise analysis and reliable data.
With ongoing improvements, I've designed MARK 2.0, now crafted from a single material. This change simplifies usage, optimizes material efficiency, and makes recycling easier.

HearBand
We designed a simple yet effective band to prevent hearing aids from tangling with glasses. Created in collaboration with my grandad, this product features a small, lightweight band that wraps around the glasses’ arms and gently guides the hearing aid tubing away, ensuring they stay separate. It’s easy to attach, comfortable to wear, and blends seamlessly with most glasses, offering a hassle-free solution for those who use both hearing aids and glasses daily.

Veil (Disney + FX series) Prop
A custom 3D-printed film prop designed to mimic the appearance of a sleek satnav device, while ingeniously housing a specific phone model inside. The outer shell features realistic details, such as a glossy faux screen and subtle button imprints, ensuring it looks authentic on camera. The interior includes a snug, precisely measured compartment to securely hold the phone, allowing it to function seamlessly as part of the scene while remaining concealed.
I took on a project 3D printing keyrings for a band called The Bogards. It was a great opportunity to combine my passion for design with something creative and meaningful. I focused on capturing the band’s unique style, turning their logo into a tangible piece that fans could carry with them. From fine-tuning the design to carefully printing and finishing each keyring.
Newbury tattoo convention
For the Newbury Tattoo Convention, I created a collection of custom 3D-printed keyrings as unique giveaways. Each design was tailored to reflect the artistic and creative spirit of the event, combining bold aesthetics with a personal touch. The keyrings were a hit, offering attendees a memorable keepsake while showcasing the versatility of 3D printing in bringing artistic visions to life.
Sister’s First House
I created a detailed model replica of my sister’s first house, carefully designing, printing, and painting it to capture its unique charm. The result was a meaningful keepsake that beautifully represented her first home.
cousin’s 21st birthday
For my cousin’s 21st birthday, I designed and 3D-printed a custom tiara. I painted it silver and added amethyst accents to honor her birthstone, creating an elegant and personalized gift for her special day.
Cosplay Prints
I’ve printed several cosplay pieces, including an Iron Man helmet, a Warhammer helmet, and a Doom mask. Each piece was carefully crafted to bring iconic designs to life, with attention to detail and quality.
